Terms and Conditions

 

1. Identification (Photo ID) must be shown at arrival.
2. We require credit card details to secure your booking.
3. Payment must be organized at arrival.
4. We are a non-smoking Hotel.
5. Animals are not allowed.
6. We reserve the right to upgrade or provide equal accommodation for the whole stay of the guests.
7. Cancellations must be done 2 days prior to the arrival day, and have to be done by phone.
8. An arrival day starts at 00.00.
9. If there is no cancellation but a no-show, we will charge the full stay to the guest.
10. Group bookings do have other terms and (cancellation ) conditions.

 

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
With no-shows or wrong bookings and a cancellation that is not been done 48hours before the arrival day, we refer you to your travel insurance company.
